a new bed

We decided to move Savanna in with girls. She is VERY excited about this. So when I put her little bed in there it was missing something above her bed. I looked online and found this adorable print I wanted very badly. It cost $25 for one 8"X10" poster. That was out of my budget. So I decided to make one out of fabric myself. Not identical, but I think it turned out pretty darn cute! Plus I just used scrap facbric. So it cost pennies!

20 week picture

Here is ME at 20 weeks. I forget to take pictures of myself pregnant. I should do it for the kids. They love to see themselves in mommy tummy!

Being 3

Having a three year old is always an adventure. Lately Savanna has been waiting too long to get into the bathroom and having a lot of accidents. Well today she comes into my room without pants on stating she cannot find panties. So I head for the laundry room and on my way I find a puddle of pee right by the back door, and about 10 tiny pee filled footprints across my kitchen floor. I had to laugh. It was pretty cute. Being 3 has to be hard sometimes!

Had our Sonogram today!

And we are having a BOUNCING BABY BOY!! Jeremy is really excited. I was happy either way. Savanna, not the case. She was the only one who went with us. She asked if we could have a nice little girl too. The Tech thought that was pretty funny. So now the dilemma is a NAME. When you have a Fisher and a Hunter you can't name your other son John. So I am up for any ideas for cute names you have that will go with our boys.....
I would post a picture of the sonogram but they are the worst pictures I've ever seen. Totally blurry! Not even good enough to save. Very sad!

HELP

I've caught a case of LUNCH BURNOUT!! I need lunch ideas. Everyday I really dread lunch time. We very rarely have leftovers from dinner. I guess I am raising 5 little pigs. Or you could give me dinner ideas that are great for leftovers. I decided I need a cook. Jeremy said no. So I won't be getting one. I would love to know what your eating at your house......

Deep Conversation

Picture Savanna and I sitting in the rocking chair at 9:30 at night. This is how the conversation goes.

Savanna, "Ok, mom, listen. When I am a mom and your my baby, and daddy and Carlee and Loralie and Hunter and Fisher are my babies, I am going to CHEW BUBBLE GUM and clean and cook and make dinner."

Mom, "Are you going to play with me in the floor with toys?"

Savanna, "Yes mom."

Mom, "Are you going to yell at me?"

Savanna, "NO, mom."

Mom, "Ok, that sounds fun."

Savanna, "I am going to CHEW BUBBLE GUM."

Now this whole bubble gum thing is not because I chew bubble gum, it is because I DESPISE it! I won't let it in my house. It is gross and sticky and yucky! So therefore all my kids want to know the age they are allowed to chew it. My answer, 21. So, they are all looking forward to being 21. Until then, we are staying gum free!

I do think it is funny how Savanna sees adulthood when she grows up. I will have to break it to her she will be getting her own kids. We won't be hers. All she talks about is being a mom and her kids. She loves to play dolls. She is such a sweet little girl. And I mean literally little!

A Dolly

This is a dolly I made for Savanna for Christmas this year. I also made a pillow and blanket for her doll. She is a total doll girl. We bought her a little stroller for the doll. This was a super fun project. The lips are a really light pink. Kind of hard to see in the photo.
Can't wait to her sweet face on Christmas morning! I love being a mommy. Especially to girly girls!
